Bought a used pair of Edifiers with no remote included so I ordered one through Edifier. Inexpensive little remote that was shipped out asap and arrived in just a couple days. So much nicer to have an original remote that works perfectly with the speakers.

So far it hasn't worked at all. The one we've had till now at least responds intermittently, although sometimes it takes up to 5 minutes to get it to adjust the sound level. We thought that a new one was going to solve our problem, but these remotes are cheaply made and don't work well. Will these speakers connect and respond to any other type of remote? Surely this is happening with other consumers.

I did not receive the order. The last tracking update was 1/19 and now it is 2/6. I messaged via the contact form on the companies website twice, cases were created but no response has been received to either case. A package going missing or undelivered is the fault of USPS, but not replying to messages and support is yours.

While your speakers are exemplary, your remote is a travesty. The first one (I received with the speakers when I purchased them) simply stopped working, even when I installed a new battery. The new one came with a dead battery, & with some difficulty, I might add, I replaced it . It seems to be working OK, but I don't hold out much hope for it to last. I also have to say that I am not impressed with the cost of the shipping. Way Too Much!!!!

Your speakers are fantastic and this remote replaces one which had died.
